Commission Meetings

The Commission meets as a corporate body monthly to consider Development Permit Applications.  To access the agenda or minutes for each Commission meeting, click on the links in the corresponding month.

NOTE: In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, all personal information is redacted from all reports included in the monthly agendas.

The agendas and minutes of the monthly Commission meetings contain downloadable documents in Microsoft Word format. Please email nec@ontario.ca if you require additional communication supports or alternate formats.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

The Niagara Escarpment Commission has implemented a process to deliberate a select number of items via hybrid Commission meetings. Members of the public will have the ability to listen and/or watch meeting proceedings and participate, where appropriate.
